In order to get started, schedule an In-Person or Via Phone appointment, talk to a room rental specialist and move into your ideal room. For fastest possible help,  you will need to include a form of identification and Employment/ or Income Information as part of our requirements.

After contacting us, we’ll set up a viewing. If you’re interested in a room, you’ll need to fill out an application form and provide the necessary documents. Once approved, you’ll need to sign a rental agreement and pay any required deposits. 

The security deposit varies depending on the room and lease terms. It is generally one week’s rent or as specified in the rental agreement. 

We accept various forms of proof of income such as paystubs, W2, and bank statements
